TERMS

These terms apply unless superseded by terms attached to a sales order.

  • Pricing is based on current material, component, and labor costs. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.

    Pricing may be adjusted if:

    • Customer requests design changes

    • Material or purchased component costs increase

    • Additional machining, welding, or fabrication steps are required

    • Scope of work changes after design approval

  • Standard payment terms are:

    • 50% deposit due at order placement

    • 50% due at delivery, Net 30 from invoice date

    For projects involving design work:

    • 20% deposit due at order placement

    • 30% deposit due upon acceptance of design

    • 50% due at delivery, Net 30 from invoice date

    For large or complex projects, other terms may be negotiated; contact us for details.

    Payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.

    Orders will not enter the production queue until a deposit is received.

  • If applicable, ANDO MANUFACTURING requests that the customer supply QC‑approved production components prior to shipment. These components allow ANDO MANUFACTURING to:

    • Verify fit and function

    • Pre‑set fixtures

    • Ensure production readiness upon arrival

    Limited welding or assembly services may be provided on a Time & Material basis if required.

  • F.O.B. ANDO MANUFACTURING, Riley MI

    The purchaser pays shipping unless otherwise agreed upon.

    Shipping charges, crating, skidding, or special packaging may be added to the final invoice if actual costs exceed initial estimates.

    Partial shipments may be arranged when beneficial to the customer or when multiple fixtures/components are ordered.

  • Customer agrees to inspect delivered goods within 48 hours of receipt.

    Any claims for deviations, shortages, or defects must be submitted in writing within 10 days.

    Claims shall not exceed the purchase price of the material or product supplied.

  • ANDO MANUFACTURING assumes no legal responsibility for the customer’s use of fixtures, tooling, or components in their manufacturing process. The customer is responsible for:

    • Safe operation

    • Proper maintenance

    • Correct application of tooling in production

    While ANDO MANUFACTURING works cooperatively with customers to ensure designs meet production needs, ultimate responsibility for safe and compliant use rests with the purchaser.

  • Customers’ data is considered confidential and will not be shared without permission except with external vendors as occasionally required to fulfill a contract. External vendors are under NDA for these purposes.

    Unless expressly written, all tooling products and their designs (those serialized and identified by data plates) are are considered the intellectual property of ANDO MANUFACTURING and may not be shared with third parties without written consent.

  • All tooling products (those serialized and identified by data plates) are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year after shipment.

    All other manufactured items are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a customer inspection period of (6) weeks.
